Claim a name

If you think one of your employees has already created an account with your business trademark and name, please search within your company for the account information. Once we’ve accepted your request, our team will reach out to the account owner to let them know. If the owner doesn’t write back to us, we’ll free up the username. However, if the owner wants to keep the username, we’ll review their appeal to evaluate whether or not they have a legitimate claim to it. We respect the trademark rights of others. That’s why we need people to upload the company incorporation document as proof to start a business profile.

What if I wasn’t approved?

After you’ve applied for a Business profile, you’ll receive an email from us on the status of your application. If you haven’t received an email yet, this means that your profile is still on the personal profile. If your Business profile application was disapproved, please review our policies to make sure your application is eligible for LoongList. A common reason for application disapproval that maybe your business does not currently meet our business page standards. We may ask you to provide more documents.
