I am local to Edinburgh and have been here all my life. I and my family have been in the food business for the past 20 years and have a number of restaurants in Edinburgh. My background is in IT and I have held a number of posts working with some of the largest banks in Edinburgh. My passion however lies with food and being able to provide quality food to the consumer at an affordable price this is why Zuhus was set up. We are now in a position to expand with the help of an investor.
