I'm 27yo, my goal is one, create the retail of the future and give the world what they truly deserve, a place not only to shop but essentially to have great moments and memories. Waking up for me is not only to breath, essentially is to improve virtually and physically everything I do, and having new ideas consistently on my mind on a daily basis I look into work them to improve and use them on future projects. Success doesn't come on a free box, I like to think that hard work and passion are the right tools for achieving your goals, success comes with it. With 10 years of experience on customer service market, and after so many experiences, I essentially seen it all, complaints from customers, customers being taken for granted, abusive over prices. There is a constant idea on my mind, without the customer the market doesn't exist and most of the retailing industry takes them for granted, customer needs to be considered FAMILY inside your house. I walk on a specific road, and on my road there’s only room for achieve the unachievable.
